GIRLS NIGHT IN
The days have gone where we go to nightclubs every weekend, enjoy girly nights in drinking wine and eating takeout.
We have less free time, and when we do have free time, we want to spend time with our family. Even arranging time to spend with one friend is hard. Life just seems to get in the way. Am I right ladies??
Not for long! You need YOU time. The time where you can relax, no distractions, have a laugh and just have fun! What you need is a Girls Night In. Here at Body by G, we have you covered!

That’s right! In this Girls Night In evening, you will be undertaking a fabulous class with our amazing Coach Fiona @fisfitness! Get yourself all relaxed and Zen like ready for your facial.
What more do you want then to be stretching out your tense muscles after a hard day of work? The achievement of getting your kids to school and them doing their homework. Not to mention everyone fed and happy in the home.
Now to indulge in YOU time and release the stress with some Pilates via. zoom.
Freshen Up and Glow Up
If you thought something beauty related wasn’t going to be happen then you thought wrong.
There will be a facial tutorial with the award winning Melissa from @eternal_beauty_skincare. Just what we need in a girls night, a facial. Learn some new skills and pamper yourself in some new luxury Image Skin Care products! Ormedic Cleanser, Illuma Serum, Vital C Enzyme Masque, Max Night Creme, SPF50, Sheet Mask, Sponges for application & a Hair Band.
ALL attendees will receive all of the skin care products used in the facial tutorial before the girly night! So, you can experience the relaxation facial while using the exact same products as Melissa!
